They got our suv in as soon as we got there and came out to talk to us about what they found or didn’t find and our wait time was not bad. The cost to put mud flaps on front and license plate was a lil pricey but overall our dealership treated us great!

Repair took over a month when we had the same problem with another vehicle and the fix only took a week at Redbank Chevrolet. Giving two stars because I appreciated the updates and the use of a loaner vehicle. On the other hand our salesperson, Matt Bowen, did absolutely phenomenal and will highly recommend him to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. Five stars for Matt!!

Oil change and tire rotation was 125.00 dollars. Really? Service charges are too high.

I knew my tires were getting bad,since I had half the tread 6 mo. ago. I thought a tire rotation would not be necessary but they suggested I get it done. Apon looking at my tires they said was a waste of money, so I only got an oil change. Which was completed in less then an hour.

Appointment next day, Service employes were very nice,
