From the moment I walked in the entire team was very professional. Shawnee and A.J walked me through the process completely and was very easy to work with. I cannot remember the person's name that was trying to set my phone up to the app, but he tried everything. Come to find out my phone is an old one and not compatible, not his fault at all.
