The experience was one of the best of all the GMC purchases I've ever made. The salesman, Matt Haslet, was extremely knowledgeable. His demeanor was courteous and respectful. If he didn't know the answer to one of our questions, he admitted it and went to seek an answer. Matt was conscientious of our needs and expressed concern for our wait as the sale progressed. He also considered our physical needs. The finance manager, Alex Troske, also exhibited similar behavior by being courteous, patient, informative, understanding, and respectful of our decisions. We are hoping that the dealership continues to provide us with excellent experiences.

I called and they hot me in right away. I dropped of my SUV and about an hour later they called and let me know it was ready for pick-up.

I like that I can wait for my truck, it is good that it can be done at a reasonable time.
